You will be asked to bring out (up to) 50-100 people on a Friday or Saturday night. NONE of your guests will pay cover at the venue you are asking them to visit - and all will be extended the nightly drink specials.
For (essentially) one night's work you will be paid $300-500 based on the final turnout attributed to your promotional efforts.
You will be PAID per person for your efforts, and you will be given tools (flyers, complimentary admission cards, etc.) to help you in your promotional efforts.

EXECUTIVE CHEF Needed for NEW TEX MEX Concept in Chicago

Seeking an energetic, creative and experienced Full time Executive Chef who shares our vision for a fun, casual Tex Mex dining concept! You must be able to handle all aspects of a start up restaurant. Also, must be located in Chicago or willing to move to Chicago immediately.

We are a multi unit operator opening our first casual Tex Mex dining restaurant in the best location in the city of Chicago! 100 seats in the restaurant and 25 in the bar area.

Responsible for all kitchen functions including; menu items, presentation, food preparation and delivery, quality ingredients, supervision of staff, kitchen layout and design, equipment purchases, plates, silverware and small ware purchases. Knowledge of Cheftec is a bonus. You must be talented and have the ability to create dishes that customers will love. Experience with Papasittos or Uncle Julio’s Hacienda is a plus.
